However, in many cultures, nature is seen as a holistic concept that shapes identity, culture, and well-being. Recent research shows that the relationship between nature and health is more complex than simply spending time outdoors. It involves understanding the deep cultural and historical connections that influence how we benefit from nature Join us to explore the key factors that impact our well-being through nature and learn how to optimize these benefits. Across cultures, nature has always been intertwined with human health, shaping traditional practices and modern therapies alike. While interpretations vary, the connection between nature and mental health is a universal human experience.

Blooming Through Transitions: Navigating Life's Seasons
Very often in our black communities emotions are pushed aside, and even more so when they involve sadness. During transitions we are told to look to the future and move forward, which can feel like we’re escaping our emotions and simply pushing away people who were part of that past. However, these moments of transition are particularly charged with emotions and should be experienced with the other people who were part of this phase of our life. Come with us to see how to identify moments of transition, acknowledge them and embrace them as best as possible in order to succeed in the next step.
